How Many Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions Do I Need? - Mind Body and Flow Chandler, Arizona

The number and frequency of sessions will depend on your goals, nutritional habits, and lifestyle. Your colon hydro therapist will go over those goals with you to determine what is best for you. It is, however, recommended that more session done closer together will give you the best results. Once you have gone through a series of sessions, most clients choose to move to a maintenance program where they will receive colon hydrotherapy sessions once a month.
